Justin Simon


Founder // Head Advisor

Justin Simon earned his B.A. from Bates College in 2008, and in 2010 he received his M.Ed in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Athletic Administration from Plymouth State University. He was named US Lacrosse Coach of the Year in 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2017, as well as “Lakes Region Coach of the Year” in 2017. Simon has worked all over the country evaluating and helping place student-athletes at the DI, DII, & DIII levels. He has cultivated relationships with college coaches spanning all divisions.

Jennifer Berry


Founder, J.S. Berry Consulting // Academic Advisor

Jennifer Berry is the founder of J. S. Berry Consulting. She spent more than 30 years at New Hampton School, an independent boarding school located in central New Hampshire. Her varied roles prepared her well to support students and families through the ever-changing world of college admission. Jennifer graduated from Colby College with a BA in American Studies and a Certificate in Education. At Colby, she was a college athlete and continued her passion for athletics as a varsity soccer, basketball, and tennis coach at New Hampton School.

Will DeLanoy



Will DeLanoy earned his B.A. from Saint Vincent College (PA) in 2012, and in 2017 he received his M. Ed in General Special Education from Southern New Hampshire University.  Will has coached lacrosse at both the high school and collegiate levels. He has attended national showcases across the country to evaluate student-athletes, scout and break down film, and assist in the overall recruitment process for his high school players. Through Will’s experiences, he has established meaningful relationships with coaches across all collegiate divisions.

Nick Antol



Nick is a 1999 graduate of Loyola Blakefield in Baltimore, Maryland and was the captain of the 1999 state-finalist team. He played in college at the University of Notre Dame from 1999-2003 and was a member of the first ND team to advance to the Final Four. After college, Nick was the assistant coach at Cape Henry Collegiate School where he helped the Dolphins win their first Virginia State Championship. From 2005-2015 Nick was the assistant coach at Portsmouth Abbey School. During that time the Ravens won 9 league titles in 11 years. Three Portsmouth Abbey goalies were named US Lacrosse All-Americans during that time. In 2016 Nick became the head coach at Kimball Union Academy.

Ryan McHugh



While studying at the State University of New York at Potsdam, Ryan earned a B.A. in Childhood Education, and specialized in Geology. Playing under legendary coach Rick Berkman, Ryan served as team captain his senior year ('09), and was peer voted MVP. Staying on board with the Bears, Ryan served as an assistant coach overseeing video evaluations and player recruitment. Following Potsdam, Ryan transitioned to the New Hampton School. Facilitating many roles including house head, tutor, and advisor, he guided students through the balance and chaos that is high school. Ryan spent six rewarding seasons coaching, recruiting and advising alongside Justin Simon. He assisted in New Hampton’s to two-undefeated seasons and multiple top-ranked placements on a national level under his tenure. In 2018 Ryan received Assistant Coach of the Year.

Ian Boldt



Ian is a 2010 graduate of The Lawrenceville School, where he was a member of 2 MAPL championship teams. He continued his lacrosse career at Colby College, where he graduated in 2014. At Colby, he played LSM and close D, starting at both positions through his time there, earning a NEILA All Star selection as a Senior. Boldt joins My Position A after a 3 year stint as the head lacrosse coach at Cushing Academy, where he placed student athletes at the Division I and Division III levels and helped the Penguins compete in the competitive NNELL. He also held coaching and admissions positions at The Gunnery and Millbrook School. This year, Ian will begin his MBA candidacy at Boston College while continuing his coaching pursuits with club and high school programs in the Boston area.
